Exclusive and peaceful, Sikelele Game Farm is situated 24km north-west of the quaint little town of Magaliesburg, approximately an hour's drive from Johannesburg. Nestled in the heart of the Magaliesberg mountains, this natural heritage site is the ideal destination for a well-deserved break in a relaxing bushveld environment.

The game lodge and hiking camp are self-catering while the eco-centre caters for all meals and is fully licensed.
Hiking enthusiasts have a choice of three hiking trails, designed by the Hiking Federation of Southern Africa. Meandering through a typical bushveld environment, these trails vary in length from 3 to 10km. One of the trails winds past an interesting monument erected to commemorate the Battle of Nooitgedacht during the Anglo-Boer War. While hiking one comes into close contact with nature and is often treated to a close-up view of numerous game species.
The less energetic can engage in game viewing from the comfort of a game-drive vehicle. Game species include steenbok, duiker, impala, mountain reedbuck, blesbok, ostrich, zebra, kudu, red hartebeest, blue wildebeest, waterbuck, eland, jackal and brown hyena.
A firm favourite with children is the small farmyard where they can make friends with more domesticated creatures such as ducks, geese, horses, ponies, donkeys, cattle, sheep, goats and ostriches.
